Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling charges incurred by us plus a 25% restocking fee.

You as a customer will assume responsibility for return shipping & handling charges.
Bedding and Mattress  reserves the right to deny credit for any returned product at our discretion.

Exchange Policy
If the merchandise you ordered is not meeting your need, the merchandise is exchangeable within 10 days of receipt.

The terms, conditions and instructions of exchange are as following:

Please first obtain an Exchange Authorization Number (EA) by emailing us at exchange@beddingandmattress.ca. The EA number allows you 14 days to return the merchandise. Once the merchandise is returned, your exchange and new shipment will take about one week to process.

Merchandise being returned must be with the original packing materials, label and invoice. We do not accept washed or damaged products.

You as a customer will assume responsibility for all return shipping & handling charges & new outbound shipping charges.
